Patrick Helmer is the founding principal of Bear Funding Group, LLC. He offers more than 25 years of successful, hands-on experience in virtually all aspects of real estate finance, development and management, with particular expertise in complex, multi-phased, mixed-use projects. During his career, he has directed the entitlement, development and project management of more than $500 million in commercial, mixed-use and single-family properties. Prior to forming Bear Funding, Mr. Helmer held various senior sales management positions at Textron Financial and he served as a national sales manager for IndyMac Bank.
